Wheelchair transportation is a non‑emergency, door‑to‑door service using wheelchair‑accessible vehicles with lifts and secure tie‑downs to safely transport people who remain in their wheelchair.
It is designed for riders who cannot use regular cars or public transit and need trained drivers to assist them to and from medical appointments, errands, and social activities.
You may cancel your booking at any time, subject to the following terms:
Cancellations made any time up to the end of the day prior to your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund due.
If you do not cancel and do not show up for your appointment, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same $50 fee.
